Telesales Representative – Automotive Sales
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £26,000 basic | £42,000+ OTE (Uncapped Commission Potential)
Sector: Sales
Contract: Full-time (5 days per week on a shift pattern including weekends)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Representative to join a successful and growing independent automotive business in Hinckley. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is looking to build a rewarding career with uncapped earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and efficient service

  • Guide customers through the vehicle buying process, including finance applications and deposits

  • Focus on booking high-quality appointments across a network of dealerships

  • Promote vehicles and services with accuracy and confidence

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer data and financial transactions

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets

  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential)

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Persuasive, confident, and target-driven

  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling payments and personal data

  • Eagerness to learn and develop a sound understanding of vehicle products and services

  • A proactive and professional approach to work
